Critical Infrastructure

This service is designed with the idea of stability, security, and availability of the client infrastructure. Mozart Systems will follow best practices to maintain the infrastructure to ensure security and reduce the probability of failures. Emergency maintenance for network down situations such as server hardware, software, or network device failure resulting in the loss of a mission-critical application is included in this service.

Network Administration

Firewall and IPS Management

This service includes firewall and IPS logging and monitoring to identify, correlate, and mitigate network security threats for network devices. System reports are generated on a daily basis with weekly summaries of incidents and the measures taken to mitigate these threats. The service is based on the number of physical devices that log traffic in the network environment.
